Committee Job Description Shift Days and Times Uniform Required
Course Marshals Control noise, crowd movement and alert spectators to golf balls outside ropes. Shift is 4-6 hours long. Starting times from 6:45am-1:30pm. One shift only on Sat. & Sun.*
All volunteers are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts.

Security Controls high traffic areas. All work individually. Responsible for checking credentials. Must be mature and able to politely enforce rules.*

Merchandise Tent Responsible for merchandise sales in merchandise tents on course. Also, set up and tear down of tents and inventory of clothing before and after Tournament. If working before or after Tournament, a uniform is not required! *

Marker/Reporter Leaderboard Markers - need knowledge of golf; record scores, walk 18 holes. Reporters - call in scores from Marker to Scoring Control. Other jobs: scoreboard, scoring tent, locator board, status board, and caddie bibs. *

Mall Sales Sell Tournament tickets and raffle tickets in the area Malls during the Holidays. Earn one Hall of Fame Pass if five shifts are worked. Mandatory training session. Call Office 11/30 through 12/21 NO
Parking Control traffic going in and out of the two on-course parking lots and off-course parking lots. Mon thru Sun AM and PM NO
LPGA Child Development Adults or teens at off-site location to assist childcare director. Mon thru Sun AM and PM NO
Operations Pre-, post- and Tournament week set-up and take down of equipment and Hole In One. Times and duties vary NO
Raffle Tickets Sales of raffle tickets on-copurse during the Tournament. Thurs thru Sun AM and PM NO
Concessions Cook and serve food and beverages. Clean up daily. Set up and take down of tents before and after Tournament Week. Also, distribute all products on course. Mon thru Sun AM and PM NO
Medical Provide on-couirse medical services. Must be EMT. All volunteers wear own uniform. Mon thru Sun AM or PM Your duty uniform
Mascot Provide support for "Dimples," the Tournament Mascot. Duties vary and appearances continue all year. Sun thru Sun AM or PM NO
Hole-in-one Attend to the needs of the Hole-In-One Contest at one of four sites. (See separate application) 05/28 through 06/06 NO
